Well, all these features are quite attractive to see on a mid-range smartphone. But what about the ‘heart’ of the phone? As said in the beginning of the article, the Redmi Note 10 should be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 820 chip. It is a mid-to-high-end processor jointly built by Xiaomi and MediaTek. This SoC is based on a 7nm process and consists of 4 x Cortex A76 @2.6GHz + 4 × Cortex A55 @2.0GHz cores. It also integrates the Mali-G57 MC5 GPU and support 5G+5G dual card dual standby.

And when it comes to the pricing, we should keep in mind that we are dealing with a Redmi Note series. Thus, it should provide the best price-over-performance ratio. We mean it should be positioning the 1,000-yuan market.

Generally, for the past couple of years, we’ve been used to two new Redmi Note generations every year. During the first half of 2020, Redmi unveiled a plethora of handsets composing the Redmi Note 9 series. For the second half, we have been believing that the company is preparing the biggest entry for the series in the form of Redmi Note 10. And besides this, the Redmi Note 10 is so special because it will be the first Redmi Note phone to come with 5G connectivity.
