ASUS Japan has officially launched the VivoBook 15 in Japan. This is a new addition to the VivoBook lineup that comes with an OLED screen and 11-generation Intel Core processors. The major highlight of the notebook is its easy-to-carry and lightweight design.
The ASUS VivoBook 15 starts at ¥99,900(~$890) for the Intel i5 configuration and ¥109,800(~$978) for the Intel i7 configuration. The laptop can be purchased from ASUS authorised stores in the country.

The VivoBook 15 comes with a 15.6-inch OLED display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has a DCI-P3 colour gamut and PANTONE certification for accurate colours. It also has TUV Rheinland’s certification ensuring that the display is flicker-free and emits less blue light. The screen has 600 nits of brightness and a nano-edge design.
It comes with Aluminum Alloy built and has an 18.6mm thickness. Although it is built out of Aluminum Alloy, it still has low 1.8KGs of weight. The laptop comes powered by an Intel Core i7-1165 G7 or Intel Core i5-1135 G7. The former chipset pertains to the model number K513EA-L1869T, whereas, the latter belongs to the model number K513EA-L1867T.
It has 8GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. Unfortunately, the laptop comes with Windows 10 Home out of the box but is upgradable to Windows 11. It has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5 support. As for the ports, it has a USB 3.2 Type-C port, a Type-A port, two USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port, a microphone input, and lastly a microSDXC card reader slot.
