Nothing Ear 2 Will Be Nothing New; At Least, That’s What Leaks Show

Ear 1 was the first product of Nothing, which brought a great pair of affordable TWS buds to the market. And since then, fans have been waiting for Nothing Ear 2. Although there have been leaks about the buds before, the source of those leaks was questionable.

Well, now, a veteran leaker, Steve Onleaks Hemmerstoffer, and a trusty leakster, SmartPrix, shared brand-new images of the Nothing Ear 2. And much like the previous leak, the new pictures show a near-identical design to Ear 1. In other words, the new TWS earphones might not adopt a new design after all.

All That We Know About Nothing Ear 2

The new pictures show that the charging case of the Nothing Ear 2 will be virtually identical to the case of Ear 1. In fact, the buds inside the leaked images show the same basic earbud design as the Ear 1. So, the new Bluetooth buds might not stand out one bit in terms of the outlook.

However, the case might be different for features. According to SmartPrix, the Nothing Ear 2 will boast personalized Active Noise Cancellation tech. In simple words, you will be able to set the ANC to your desired level.

Other than that, the Nothing Ear 2 is tipped to come with a transparency mode, Advanced EQ functionality, and a Find Earbuds feature. Also, the report shows that the buds might have multi-point connectivity, enabling you to connect them to multiple devices at once.

So, the multi-point functionality and personalized ANC are the only welcomed additions to Ear 2. Besides that, there is nothing new to the new buds. At least, that is what we can conclude from the leak.

Still, if Nothing keeps the original $99 price tag on the Ear 2, it will be great affordable buds. And there is a high chance of that happening as is already working on a budget-friendly AirPods.
