After almost complete inactivity in 2019, Poco returned in the past 2020 as an independent brand. The -owned company introduced a wide range of phones such as X2, F2 Pro, M2 Pro, M2, X3, C3 and M3.

The company released earlier a video highlighting its achievements in 2020. It sold over 1 million devices last year and ranked 4th on the list of brands selling smartphones online in India. The company aims to achieve more impressive performance in 2021.

Recently, it became known that the premiere of the Poco M3 Pro smartphone is scheduled for May 19. The device will be an attempt by the company to offer an affordable model with support for fifth-generation networks. On the occasion of this event, the head of Poco Global and the head of marketing spoke to reporters and answered a number of their questions, where they touched on several interesting topics.

First of all, we should pay tribute to the top managers of Poco, who did not in every possible way deny communication with and beat themselves in the chest that the company is completely independent. They acknowledged that they continue to rely on Xiaomi’s resources and capabilities, including research and development, manufacturing and after-sales service. “The infrastructure and scale of Xiaomi gives us many advantages in terms of production and distribution; but as a brand we operate independently,” they said.
