Samsung Galaxy S21 series new update optimizes camera & battery life

released its latest flagship series in January this year. Since the launch of these devices, the company has released a couple of OTA update for these devices. The latest OTA update for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series is now available. This update comes with improvements to the camera and the fast charging features of this device. The upgrade version number is G9910ZCU2AUDA and it also brings an security patch.

For users in China, Samsung announced that China Mobile no longer operates the assistant. Thus, the application is no longer available. According to feedback from users in the Galaxy community, after this update, the endurance of the device is better. The running score improves and the system fluidity is much better. However, the system still has some insignificant bugs that may need attention later. This update is currently available for the Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra.

Samsung new smartphones will get 4 years update

According to a recent report, Samsung will provide at least four years of updates for all smartphones launched in or after 2019. This includes all its Galaxy phones from the Z, S, Note, A, M, XCover, and Tab series. Furthermore, this implies that no less than 130 smartphones will get updates for the next four years. It is worth noting that Samsung clearly specifies “security updates” here. In other words, the company is not talking about major OS updates.

So far, Samsung has promised three generations of Android OS updates for its flagships. This isn’t the case of several of its mid-ranges. There are a few exceptions though. The Galaxy A51, for instance, one of Samsung’s best-selling devices, will receive three major Android updates. This device hit the market with Android 10 and already has Android 11. Thus, it will get Android 12 and Android 13 updates.
