The Final Details of Google Pixel 7A Are Here!

As the I/O launch event is on the horizon, the much-awaited Google devices are pretty much about to break cover. As per previous leaks, the event will roll the curtains on the Google Pixel Fold, Pixel Tablet, and, most importantly, the Google Pixel 7A. But you really do not need to wait for the event to know all about the upcoming mid-ranger.

The ‘final' Google Pixel 7A spec sheet has leaked. Some of the previous rumors about the mid-range device were confirmed with it. The new spec leak also brought light to some of the details that were once unknown. And overall, the device has shaped up to be a decent flagship-grade phone for 2023.

Full Spec List of Google Pixel 7A is Out!

The latest details come from a widely-known tipster Yogesh Brar. Published by 91Mobiles, the leak confirmed the usage of second-generation Tensor G2 SoC and a RAM bump to 8GB. These two are the main highlights when it comes to the upgrades that the new phone brings over the predecessor.

In addition to that, the new spec list confirmed that the Pixel 7A will utilize a 6.1-inch screen. Per the last rumors, the screen will be clocked at 90Hz. That will make the mid-range phone match up with the display of the Pixel 7. Even though the spec leak did not provide any new images, we know that the footprint will be similar to Pixel 6a.

Moving on to the new details, the new spec leak of the Google Pixel 7A shared the battery capacity. According to it, the phone will boast a 4400mAH cell, which is an upgrade from the 4355mAH internal cell Google used for the Pixel 7. Although, the increased capacity is not that significant in comparison.

Furthermore, the new leak shed light on the wired charging capacity. It looks like the Pixel 7A will get a boost in terms of charging speed. That is, it will support 20W charging. In comparison, the Pixel 6A had a wired charging speed of 18W. It is another small but welcoming upgrade on the new mid-range device.

But the big improvement on the Pixel 7A would be the camera system. According to the leaked specs, the primary sensor of the upcoming device will be a 64MP sensor. For the ultrawide sensor, Google has seemingly opted for a 13MP sensor. In other words, compared to the 6A, Google is upgrading the dual-rear system of the Pixel 7A.

Finally, in terms of the selfie shooter, the Pixel 7A will boast a 10.8 MP sensor. Per the previous leak, this selfie shooter will enable software-based face unlock. If that is true, it will be another major upgrade from the Google Pixel 6A.
