Vivo Y15A launched with Helio P35, 5,000mAh battery, 13MP dual cameras

has silently launched the Vivo Y15A in the Philippines. At the same time, the Vivo Y15s (2021), which recently debuted in Singapore has now debuted in Indonesia. The Vivo Y15A offers specs like a waterdrop notch display, Helio P35, and a 5,000mAn battery, while the Y15s (2021) offers similar specs.

The Y15A measures 163.96 x 75.2 x 8.28mm and 1789 grams. It has a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display that offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The handset is fitted with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.


Its rear camera unit includes a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED flash. It comes preinstalled with FunTouch OS 11.1 based 11.

The Helio P35 chip powers the Y15A. It comes with has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 10W charging. The device offers other features such as dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microSD, a microUSB slot, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Y15s (2021) is packed with identical specs and design. However, it offers 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. In addition, it runs on the Go edition of Android.

The Y15A costs PHP 7,999 (~$160) in the Philippines. On the other side, the Y15s (2021) is priced at IDR 1,899,000 (~$134) in Indonesia. It is available in colors like Water Green and Mystic Blue.
