The new leak comes as a courtesy of the reliable tipster Digital Chat Station. As per him, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will bring a Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. That panel is sophisticated enough to fit the needs of the younger audience. GSMArena believes that Xiaomi will keep it at the 6.55-inch spot. So how it will stand in the performance? According to DSC, the phone will get the Dimensity 8200. It’s one of MediaTek’s latest chips for the upper mid-range segment and delivers a performance comparable to that of the Snapdragon 888. However, this is a splitting water point for some users. Some will prefer a Snapdragon chip. However, this CPU will not disappoint, and Xiaomi is providing a decent level of software support regardless of the CPU.

The tipster also points to the use of the Sony IMX800 50 MP camera in the new device. Well, that is an upgrade over the Sony IMX766 found within the Xiaomi Civi 2. The Xiaomi Civi 3 will get the same module inside of phones such as the Xiaomi 13 and Redmi K60. The brand will also launch two 32 MP selfie cameras to keep the device’s focus on the selfie shots. We have strong reasons to believe that the Civi 3 will keep Dynamic Island’s design for these cameras.
As per the leaks, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will come in April. As usual, it may remain exclusive to the Chinese market. However, we may see it reaching other markets with a different moniker.
