Xiaomi Mi 13 Series To Come Standard With Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 + MIUI14

The Mi 13 will be the world’s first smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It’s not only a chance to sell more phones but also a responsibility. We mean the devices in the future series should perform well and show all the advantages of the new mobile chip. In this sense, it’s very important to have a system running smoothly. Xiaomi does have it!

Today, a Weibo leakster revealed the key features referring to the above two (software and processor) and the secondary camera sensors. We can see that the firm will continue to find its place in the premium phone market.

Mi 13 specs

The entire Mi 13 series comes standard with the 3.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship platform. Plus, all models in this family will run the MIUI 14 system. Prior to this, we learned that the lineup would include three models – the vanilla version, the Pro model, and the Ultra model. But the latter won’t be announced in the coming months.

The Pro variant will come with the Sony IMX989 primary camera sensor. The latter debuted with the Mi 12S Ultra and came with a 1-inch super outsole. This is the best camera sensor in the smartphone market.
